ARRIVING BY TRAIN
Haywards Heath station is on the Brighton to London Victoria line. Take a bus to Uckfield and get out at the Kings Head, Chailey. Cost approx £3. A taxi costs £20

- National Trust Garden - garden and shop at Sheffield Park, again within easy walking distance 15 min. There is a tea room at the garden.
- Ashdown Forest is nearby with Pooh Bridge.
- Sloop Inn - 40 minute walk through the woods or via a quiet country lane, good food and local beer.
- Trading Boundaries - This country shopping site has a selection of unusual shops with a good cafe on site.
- Fletching - This village has a delicatessen, renowned butcher shop and one very good pub called The Griffin.

ARRIVING BY BIKE
