spider medicine

We had the sun with us all weekend long, a grace and a blessing on the camp. The food prepared and offered by Kath and Stewart were scrumptious; real nourishment for body and soul. The gathering of people (and other non-humans) were soulful, warm, sometimes intrusive (like all the spiders who bit me all over), always helpful. Unable to attend the Camp

I'm afraid I'll be unable to attend the camp as I have to help transport my partner's student daughter's luggage to her university over that weekend.
I hope you all have a great time.

regards Phil

Sun Shines on Transition Camp

The first Transition Camp Gathering took place last weekend on what some called the second weekend of summer this year. Taking place in the beautiful Sussex countryside on the organic Wapsbourne Manor Farm that has recently branched out into camping, the aim was to make it both affordable and family friendly. The lack of many kids in most of the photos is evidence that they were off and away having fun leaving parents time to… Continue

Groups

Welcome!

The second transition gathering will provide a space to meet transitioners from other places at an event that welcomes all the family.

From a basic framework of activities, the gathering will also provide space for sessions you would like to offer. Unplugged music, story telling, skills, questions, debate, open fires and much more. It will be a time to gather together, a time to celebrate, to share good food, visions for our future, skills and knowledge, have fun, to connect and just be with each other.

The camp site is on a beautiful organic farm in the heart of Sussex at the end of the Bluebell railway line and close to the Ashdown Forest. We will offer delicious food. Children most welcome but no dogs.
